Is 500mg CBD Oil the right strength for me?

Probably, for most people 500mg of CBD oil is potent enough. If you feel you need more you can always increase the number of drops you take. Then next time you can purchase a stronger version if you wish.

Suggested Use

For 500mg CBD Oil, we recommend starting off small if you are a beginner. You may find 2-3 drops gives you the required effect. If not, you can always increase slightly. Remember – less is sometimes more – not only will that save you money but most people report better experiences when they start off on a lower dosage and increase over time as needed.

The best way to administer CBD oil is to place the drops under the tongue and hold their for a minute, that way it absorbs into your body quickly and in the most efficient way.

If you want to enjoy the benefits of CBD Oil throughout the day then it’s a good idea to take early in the morning. Others however like to take it before bedtime in order to benefit the most before sleep. This is down to personal preference, and there is no right or wrong way there.

Will CBD Oil help you?

FineCBD cannot and will not make any claims in this regard due to legal reasons. We believe in our product but cannot comment on medical usage. It is intended as a food supplement and not to treat any condition. In fact if you see any other sites making outlandish medical claims then we recommend to keep well away, at best they will be misleading, and at worst you may be buying a dishonest and poor quality product.

All that being said, we are huge fans of CBD oil ourselves, and normally take it daily, so read into that what you will. We didn’t get into this business purely for profit, we genuinely love the product and are proud of it.
